Rule 5
Not to be sent for scholarship for unapproved subjects
Except as written in rule 3 or 4, no scholarship shall be received from the commission for which the subject is not approved or sent for the purpose of study or training in such a scholarship.
However, sub-rule (1) of rule 3. According to this, if any scholarship is received in the Ministry of Education in the year in which the Commission does not request the details, the Ministry may select the candidate and send them for study or training in accordance with the Act and these regulations.
